Upon meeting Anthony Atra and Felice Cotroneo for an appraisal I was immediately impressed with their professionalism. Many other agents tried to push what they thought would be the best strategy (and most profitable for them) however Anthony and Felice asked me what I thought would work and did not push for an auction.
